Are We There Yet

This project began as a question- Are we there yet? A question asked many times by her family throughout the renovation process. Tristan Gary designed this particular home as a personal investment.

Originally 2,240 sq. ft., the home was nearly reduced to its foundation, requiring a full rework of the structure, retaining walls, and overall footprint. Expanded to over 4,500 sq. ft., with the addition of a full upper level and reimagined main floor, the home was intentionally designed as a functional family living and gathering hub for a future buyer.

Sold quickly and with multiple offerings, this home has won a handful of noteworthy awards.
